INTRO TO ROCK CLIMBING ANCHOR BUILDING OVERVIEW

Learning to build solid and safe anchors for rock climbing is an important step towards leading rock climbs on gear as well as setting up top rope anchors. For 40 years we have been training rock climbers at Donner Summit. Let our American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA) certified or trained rock climbing guides give you professional training in all how to build rock anchors. There many different theories and ideas on what constitutes a solid rock anchors but with us you can rest assured you are receiving world standard training aspects of climbing. The AMGA is the premier guide training organization in the United States and the only one recognized by the International Federation of Mountain Guides Assoc. This is a primarily a course taught on the ground practicing gear placement and anchors. We have great locations throughout Donner Summit we use for this course.
