Our intro to Ice Climbing Course is designed to give guests a taste of ice climbing and techniques.. It is a beginner ice climbing course for those who want to further their mountaineering skills or just want to have some fun trying out ice climbing.

Ice Venues
The first day of this course should be held (conditions permitting) at wither Horsetail Falls or Roadside in June Lake which offer the perfect low angled ice for beginners. Lee Vining can be the 2nd day’s choice if the group is strong or you can just go back to June Lake.
