Ginger Wojciechowski
Operations Manager
Ginger grew up in Michigan where she was first introduced to camping with her family. She received a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science with an emphasis in Biology from Northern Michigan University. Her first backpacking trip was in the Porcupine Mountains of the Upper Peninsula where wolves and moose inspired grander adventures.
After earning her degree, Ginger started her career in conservation doing trail work all over California including the Eastern Sierra, Tahoe Basin, and Ventana Wilderness. Trail work offered a lifestyle of hard work among great scenery while being able to backpack and camp daily. It taught practical skills in land management and lessons on how people use our public lands.
Ginger lived in Santa Cruz for most of her time in California working in land management overseeing private preserves, open spaces and easements. She oversaw property operations, recreation, and logistics. Santa Cruz offered many days under the sun and in the ocean, but the dusty trails called.
Ginger was recently managing trail crews along the Pacific Crest Trail for two seasons helping Americorps volunteers start their future out in helping to foster recreation and Leave No Trace Principals. Ginger has always loved the Eastern Sierra ever since her first major season working along the Mt. Whitney trail. She is excited to have the opportunity to call these mountains home and help bring people into the wilderness and encourage their passion to get outdoors.
Now a local in the Eastern Sierra Nevada near Mammoth Lakes, we are excited to have Ginger onboard to help you with arranging your next mountain adventure.
